The Research About Erp Application In XSW Education Training Enterprise

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, people's income is increasing day by day, the pressure of finding a good job is also increasing. At the same time, people have paid much more attention to education than before, and the expenditure on education training cost a lot. All of these situations push the education training industry into a golden age for rapid developing. Education training industry is the typical representative of modern service industry, so the business operators are facing many challenges and difficulties. In fact, training organizations'competition is the competition about management mechanism and talents in the end. Meanwhile, for a modern company, the key of management mechanism is the competition between the management system.ERP put all the related resources and information of supply chain from the beginning to the end together, and make most use of the value of information. It can help all kinds of enterprises to remain competitive power in the complex and changeable market competition, minimize the response time to customers and suppliers, reduce the cost and improve operational level. Therefore, faced with the rapid information needs, more and more training institutions regard promoting the ERP implementation as a required course. However, ERP's main application is still in the manufacturing market, so most of the researches focus on the manufacturing industry, and fewer people care ERP's application in service industry, especially the education training industry. How to improve the probability of ERP's successful implementation and how to make education training enterprise's information project develop effectively and achieve the expected benefits become our research topic.This paper did a research on ERP's whole implementing process based on a specific case, through analyzing the benefits, risks and key implementation success factors in the domestic and foreign enterprises'implementing ERP. The object of case is XSW, a education training company. We described its current operation, the profile of implementation project and business process reengineering. Besides, the general structure of ERP system, various subsystems such as students management, financial management, personnel management, teaching management, office management and marketing management have been analyzed, so have the company business's key links, through the help of business flow chart. At the same time, this paper analyzed the difficulties and key points which may affect ERP's implementation and the problems in the process of implementation and useful experiences have been discussed. Then this paper put up some countermeasures combining the particularity of education training industry, so as to promote ERP's successful application in China's education training enterprises. The writer hope that this paper can bring some enlightenment for the enterprises that are interested in ERP or just implementing ERP, and provide some reference for education training enterprises or other similar enterprises to help implementing ERP successfully.
