Study On Accountancy Business Process Reengineeringin The ERP Environment Of Foreign Trading

With economic globalization and the development of information technology, accounting BPR has been one of the most important aspects of the operation of modern companies including foreign trade companies. Superior accounting BPR offers foreign business companies an opportunity toimprove customer satisfaction and profits for all partners . The thesis aims to extend accounting BPR to the daily management of foreign trade companies. the thesis helps the readers develop a clear and correct understanding of accounting BPR. Based on the description of the current situation of foreign trade companies in China, the thesis analyzes the problems existed in these companies from the perspective of accounting BPR, covering the management of material, information, and funds flows. Then the author outlines the overall plan of information system of an export enterprise .
