Global integration and the continuous development of information technology give china firms greater challenges. In fact, in many industries, information is becoming the most important factor on business success; it has gradually become the strategic management and understanding of entrepreneurial base. Practice has proved that those companies, who can most effectively collect, digest and evaluate external and internal information, are actually obtained advantages for other competitive companies. In the era of knowledge economy, effectively recognizing the importance of the computer information system will not only an option but also a necessity demands, so Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) of combining the computer professional and technical knowledge and the senior management objectives is becoming the overall enterprise management solution.ERP, not just a software product, more is the management and the crystallization of ideas and concepts embodied,. In the information age, it is a powerful tool for scientific management and achieving modernization in films, it is also the base or core of companies, in a sense it is a measure of modern business management too. In our country, from the mid-1980s, we have introduced the first set of ERP/MRP,it has last 30 years of development history. Introduction of the system in varying degrees ERP/MRP concerns thousands of enterprises, involving almost all business, but the application was premature, the project does not exceed 30% success rate. The most critical problem is that the combination of management software and the existence of many problems, it is a huge potential problem for the project itself that implementation models, which come from the successful experience in a certain trade, are used for all customers or enterprises. In addition, most of implementation models lack the evaluation system of each flow for overall examination. Study of the implementation models and evaluation system would produce many influences, which may be expected, and it would raise implementation project success rate in the industry.This article is from two aspects of theory and practice, at first, it will analysis ERP...
