Critical Success Factors Research On ERP Implementation In Chinese Large-scale Manufacture Enterprises

With the increasing market competition, enterprises expect one valuable way that can integrate internal and external resources effectively. In this background, ERP systems are becoming widely used by more and more enterprise as the enterprise integration information systems. China's enterprises, the most required and competent, is Chinese Large-scale Manufacture Enterprises. But experts and scholars at home and abroad not to aim at this research towards critical success factors, therefore that lack of reference to China's large-scale manufacturing of other follow-up implementation of the ERP implementation.In this thesis, to address the status that Chinese large-scale manufacturers are lack of success factors to guide research. Firstly, the author reviewed the project management theory and the theory of systems engineering. Secondly, the author brings up a point what are the critical success factors from the level of the organization and implementation of the project level towards Chinese large-scale manufacturing enterprises during the course of implement of ERP. At last, through detailed case of how to use and operation of these factors, the author ensures the success of the realization of Chinese large-scale manufacturers.
