With the vertical development of Chinese market economy, the internal managerial shortcomings of Chinese individually-run enterprises are beingexposed-the low-standard management, the deficiency of talent-cultivating system,the lack of sustainable strength of enterprise's development, the low-level quality of the employees, the high mobility of the employees who are not fully motivated, the lack of employee loyalty, and the high-rate job-hopping. All the above-mentioned problems have been the greatest obstacles of the development of Chinese individually-run enterprises and have restricted its development. The reason why these problems exist is without doubt many-faceted. Nevertheless, from the angle of Ideological Education, the author considers that Chinese individually-run enterprise's neglecting the work of interior ideological education, the weakness or even non-existence of the foundation of ideological education and the deficiency of this system etc., are all related reasons. Some methods of Japanese enterprises deserve our research and learning on how to help Chinese individually-run enterprises to promote the ideological education efficiently and how to put this kind of education into producing and marketing practice. In this thesis, through comparison between the Ideological Education of Chinese individually-run enterprises and the Spirit Training of Japanese enterprises, introducing the content, manners and traits of the Spirit Training of Japanese enterprises as well as the similarities and differences between the enterprises of the two nations, the author analyzes systematically the current situation, the characteristics and problems of the Ideological Education of Chinese individually-run enterprises. This thesis aims to obtain some beneficial enlightenment for Chinese individually-run enterprises to establish efficient approaches and new system of Ideological Education so as to spur them on their interior vitality and accelerate them to the sound and rapid development. |
