As global competition becomes more intense, the traditional operation mode enterprises have been more and more difficult to compete with the international competitiveness. Many enterprises are faced with the requirements of informationization express. ERP has become popular in the most enterprises, but how to improve the success rate of ERP project implementation, to produce the desired efficiency has become a common problem. I hope this paper can identify the risks affecting the successful implementation of ERP projects and take corresponding measures to enhance enterprise success rate in order to adapt to the global economic environment competition and challenges.This paper expatiates that relevant research in the field of domestic and international developments and trends by previous analysis of research and a number of enterprises implemented ERP projects. It draws the key influencing factors and analyzes the combination of various factors; these factors clear the relationship between these factors to the relational model. For the various influencing factors, this paper combined with the actual enterprise ERP application to identify each factor corresponding concrete measures. These measures were proved through a successful example of author's experience.I hope this paper can give the enterprises some references, witch are interested in the implementation of ERP project or in the implementation of ERP projects now. And it can bring the confidence to the domestic enterprises to speed up the pace of enterprise information.
