Research And Implementation Of ERP Management And Business Process Management Model

Since the middle of 1990s, many enterprises in the world have invested substantive capital and lots of energy in information technologies, in order to improve the competitiveness and the ability to deal with challenges. But the results are not satisfied. Those researchers finally understood that the problems not only lie in the concrete manufacture technologies and production models, but also because they are limited in the traditional old frame of production and management. The necessity and importance of optimizing and managing the business process are soon realized. Since then, the researches of business process management technologies are put into an unprecedented level. But current implementation of business process management depends too much on the experiences and intuition of project manager and lacks of a whole set of operational methodology and correspondent supporting technologies.
