In the field of human resource management, managers have paid close attention to the core issue that how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to achieve their talent and play the role of employees better, for making the best use of the staff. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge and experience of employees and their potential to develop a large extent have played more and more important role in the success of the enterprise, and traditional control-oriented management thoughts turn to how to enhance employee motivation changes, to improve their job performance, managers gradually began to think more about it. With the change of human resource management-oriented, research on employee engagement and its excitation mechanism have been played more and more attention. In recent years, the matching of individuals and organizations have becoming the focus of attention of the organization researchers, domestic and international studies have confirmed the positive impact of its employees individual behavior, including employee engagementThrough literature research, this study selected the perspective of POF, base on the engagement decision mechanism, explore its impact on employee engagement, build research models in which POF produce significant positive effect to employee engagement through the engagement of the excitation mechanism. Base on it, select the staffs of communications companies to make an empirical study, after underlying assumptions and selecting the relevant variable scale questionnaire which is used to obtain data, the scope of the investigation of radiation all over the country, and then use statistical software to verify the theoretical model and related assumptions, and draw conclusions. This study is designed to how to motivate and improve employee engagement and the scope of the system of engagement at the same time, then give human resources management policy suggestions and comments.
