Improving employee engagement and developing staff's psychological capital has become one of the most important sources of raising a better level of performance and gaining a persistent competitive advantage for an organization. And managers are waking up to getting this point. Facing the telecom market opening and triple play such new market environment which causing the intensification of competition among communication enterprises in the furniture, the psychological feelings of employees are also changing. Thus there will be direct influences on the performance of their work and the way enterprises treat employees, which will eventually affect the whole enterprise performance and pursuit of the goals. As for communications companies, it will have a significant impact on enhancing the performance of the enterprise if timely understand the psychological states of the employees, take the appropriate and reasonable management ways, to improve employee engagement level.This article tries to look for the relationship between psychological capital and employee engagement through survey on psychological capital and employee engagement, with positive psychology and positive organizational behavior as the theoretical basis for research and employee engagement for objective. On the basis of the study of literatures, the employees of communicational enterprises were taken as the subject, combined with the maturation of the abroad study on the scale to explore psychological capital all dimensions on employee engagement in all dimensions of influence, and proposed study assumptions.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used in this paper to give an empirical analysis of the survey data of communication enterprise staffs, with factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, and validated assumptions and models for research proposed. During the process, it divided psychological capital into self-efficacy, hope, optimism and tenacity while separated employee engagement into vigor, dedication and absorption. It validated from the analysis result that l each dimension of psychological capita has a significant positive correlation for each dimension of employee engagement, and by improving the staff's psychological capital it can increase employee engagement levels. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the paper gives the appropriate observations and recommendations on how to cultivate and stimulate employee engagement of communication enterprises.
