Employee Engagement which all current business enterprises concern is the core main factor that the business enterprise achieves success. Engagement's relationship with results is very closely; it contributes to promote the organization productivity, profits and customer satisfaction to reduce turnover also and trouble of occurrence. The modem business competition is substantially the competition of human resource. Developing the employee's latent ability well by raising employee Engagement is a magic weapon witn which a modem business enterprise obtains success.This research aim is studying the structure model of employee engagement in local enterprises through the method of substantial evidence.Therefore, this research uses enterprise's incumbent employee as samples, and adopts interview, questionnaire etc. method to research the structure of Engagement and provides certain basis and practical instruction to raise an employee Engagement for the enterprise and raise business enterprise management results.This research is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose, meaning of the research, The second part introduces the related theories of Engagement and research present condition. The third part introduces research of design, procedure, the method, questionnaire drawing up etc. The forth part gets the primary Engagement Model including 3 factors (Work engagement, Organizational identification, Perceived work values )---according to carrying on related covariance analysis and verified that model furtherly;The fifth part analyses each dimension of the Engagement and examines different covariance to all dimension of Engagement through Square analysis. Overmore I point out the shortage of this research in the meantime, and do an outlook to the related research affertime.
