The globalization and rapid development of information technology offers new options to China's economic restructure. Through the development of business process outsourcing (BPO), emerging economies entities can take the advantages. The development of China BPO industry will bring new opportunities to the country's economic restructure definitely. From Made to Service in China, the growth of BPO industry will not only help to transform economic growth pattern, but also refill the new vitality to China's industry restructure. To adapt the trend of economy development and keep the competitive advantage of China outsourcing, it becomes an urgent task that how the BPO companies could maintain a sustainable growth.Currently the research on BPO industry is mostly from the macro level, and quite a few studies are specific to the outsourcing company's daily operations from the micro-level. In this paper, firstly we developed the sustainable development of MNC shared service centre case based on the research and operation practice, by the studying of the company's external and internal environment, and the discussion of the upgrade roadmap of China BPO industry under the rapid environment change of both international and domestic aspects. Secondly, we applied a series of related theoretical approaches to conduct the case analysis to understand the MNC centre's advantages and the threats it faced. Finally we proposed the detailed improvement and optimization solutions from operation, cost management, talent development, continuous improvement, incentives point of views and to promote the centre a sustainable development, drive the continuous improvement of daily operations.The purpose of this sustainable development of MNC shared service centre case study, is to develop an effective business strategies and specific approaches and solutions to improve the management, provide the reference to management team to make decisions which aligns to the BPO industry's up-to-date status, and enhance the MNC centre's management capability, so that MNC Dalian centre could be always on the right and fast track of China outsourcing industry. At the same time, this paper could be a good management experience sharing and hints to people who are engaged in China BPO companies, especially those in the market leading positions too.
