The Research On Basic-Level Agro-Technical Extension System Of Yancheng

Agro-technical extension system is the important carrier to implement the strategy of developing the agriculture through education and is an important part of the supporting and defending system of national agriculture, while basic-level agro-technical extension system is the foundation of the whole agro-technical extension system. Only establish well basic-level agro-technical extension system, could our agro-technical extension will go on smoothly, agricultural scientific research results can be converted rapidly and modern agriculture can be developed rapidly and healthily. However, with the development of modern agriculture in our country and the changes in the structure of farmer workers, there present some problems that is incompatible with the development of agriculture and the demand of farmers in the operation of basic-level agro-technical extension systemThis paper analyses some problems in basic-level agro-technical extension system of Yancheng and the reasons of forming these problems and gives some relevant countermeasures and suggestions, on the basis of adopting comprehensive investigation, comparative analysis and documental inductive method, employed basic-level agro-technical extension system of each district, county and town as typical network cases, and investigated on historical changes and present state of basic-level agro-technical extension system.The introduction of this paper summarizes basic-level agro-technical extension system, its purposes and meanings, the domestic and foreign research situation, reveals the chief research methods and contents, and puts forward innovation and shortage. The text is divided into five chapters:the concept of agro-technical extension system, the present state of basic-level agro-technical extension of Yancheng, the main problems in basic-level agro-technical extension of Yancheng, the pattern design of basic-level agro-technical extension system of Yancheng, and conclusions and suggestionsThe analysis of this paper shows that the new services model of agro-technical extension should adapt to the development of efficient agriculture; building basic-level agro-technical extension system must accommodate to agricultural modernization and the target of the rural economic development; the agro-technical extension service is established with the diversified mode of the government playing the principal role, institutes of scientific research, agricultural universities and farmers together. By implementing "experts and students in agricultural technology going to the countryside, and technology households", it establishes the new type "Government+agricultural vocational colleges+base+farmers" of agro-technical extension system.
