Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Extension System In Lushan County

Agriculture is the first industry of our country. Its development directly influences the development of the national economy. From ancient times to the present,the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy has always been strengthened, and agricultural technology popularization has a supporting role in agricultural development. But current agricultural science and technology extension system has obvious deficiency, which restricts the development of rural agriculture and affects farmers' income.Lushan County is located in the mountainous regions around Sichuan Basin, with poor production infrastructure and bad living conditions. So its economic development strength is not strong. Since 2008,Lushan successively experienced the "Wen chuan earthquake and Lushan strong earthquake ".The damage is very serious and agriculture faces severe challenges. At the same time, Lushan County puts" agricultural rich county" as one of the five strategies for economic development.The development of agricultural science and technology becomes the new norm for the development of agricultural economy. It is very significant to improve agricultural science and technology extension system in Lushan and also to ensure Lushan County, the nation, and the province synchronously to build off a well-off life.My paper uses Lushan County Agricultural Science and technology extension system as the research object,takes the method of combination of theory and practice, literature research, comparative analysis and field interviews and other research methods, in order to in-depth analyze the problems and reasons existing in Lushan County agricultural extension system. I mainly focus on the following contents:firstly, the traditional concept of understanding on the construction of agricultural technology extension system is not comprehensive; secondly, lack of enough support in funding, authorities have yet to be strengthened, government institutions of agricultural technology extension system construction is insufficient, agricultural high-tech extension staff are few and not highly qualified. Finally, based on the reality of Lushan,I put forward the general ideas and suggestions for Lushan County Agricultural Technology Extension System Construction and development:first, to deepen the understanding and attention to the significance of the agricultural technology extension construction, continue to strengthen the agricultural technology promotion efforts, encourage enterprises, universities and other developed agricultural technology training, use more advanced technology in agriculture production; second, to strengthen the construction of professional personnel, improve the personnel structure, stimulate the agricultural technology personnel's work enthusiasm, make it better into the service of agricultural production; third, to play the function of rural cooperatives, the establishment of a number of advanced agricultural technology enterprises, adapt to the new situation, seize the opportunity to establish reconstruction, agricultural demonstration zone and the science and Technology Park, with the network information integration and the "Internet" to improve the efficiency of agricultural extension; fourth, the government actively plays its own public service functions, the purchase of public welfare nature of agricultural production technology, optimizes the top-level design, to further develop the agricultural technology promotion system to promote the role of the agricultural economy, and promote the income of farmers.
