This paper introduces the lean logistic which is base on the theories of leanproduction, and relevant theories of Just-In-Time production and material handlingsystem. The research object is the lean improvement of logistic in remote controlassembly process and expanding to the whole internal logistic system of enterprise.Base on the theories of lean thinking and logistics, research the lean improvement ofremote control production logistic and offer help for corporation on increaseproductivity and cost reduction.With the value stream map analysis of the whole remote control process, it isdiscovered that the no value-added inventory is too much between molding andassembly, and the same as no value-added inventory in the internal assembly process.Using the theories and methods of lean thinking and basic industry engineering,improve the logistic type of assembly line by redesigned "U" type assembly linesreplacing traditional assembly pipelines. Using the theories and methods of logistics,improve the internal material handling system of corporation, including the choiceand layout of logistic routes and modified logistic equipment. From the analysis andactions above, the wasted and no value-added time between the processes and withinthe process reduced, at same time the improved value stream map was drawn up. Atlast, the lean logistic implement need to get below goal: Cut down the process leadtime by20%, decrease human resource20%, promote productivity by20%.
