Research On Lean Logistcs Of Logistic Enterprise

As a brand-new modern management thought, lean logistics provides a new way and opportunity for the subsistence and development of Chinese traditional logistic industry in new economy. The theory of lean logistics accords with the developmental trend and emphasizes eliminating wastes and continual improvement which are the basic thought for the continued subsistence and development of traditional logistic industry. It makes the traditional logistic industry change the management conception to focus on the customer requirement and pursue the cost saving and value added. Carrying out lean logistics can reduce logistic cost effectively, improve the work efficiency and customer satisfaction greatly, increase the logistic enterprise's economic benefit, upgrade the logistic management level, provide strongly assurance for the logistic enterprise's development and play a powerful support role on the logistic enterprise's competition. We can say that the lean logistic service based upon time and cost may be the driving force for the development of Chinese traditional logistic enterprise.This paper consists of seven parts. Part One is the introduction, which introduces the research meaning, actuality and main contents. Part Two is about the theories of logistic enterprise and lean logistics, which expatiates on the basic theory of logistic enterprise and lean logistics and brings forward the necessity and aspects of lean logistics' actualization for logistic enterprise. The following parts will expatiate emphatically the three aspects of lean logistics actualization for logistic enterprise, namely organization structure leanization, logistic activity leanization and customer service leanization. Part Three is concerning the logistic enterprise's organization structure leanization, which is analyzed from flatization and flexiblization. Part Four is on the logistic enterprise's logistic activities leanization, which is analyzed from standardization, informationization and rationalization. Part Five is about the logistic enterprise's organization structure leanization, which is analyzed from service object, service content and service mode. Part Six is case analysis, which detailedly analyzed the lean logistics' actualization in China Post Logistic Company. Part Seven is the ending of this paper, which expounds the author's writing reason and method including the deficiency in this paper and the study in the future.
