With the computer and logistics technology and the change of internal and external business environment,especially affected by the new coronavirus epidemic,the competition rules of enterprises have changed fundamentally,this makes enterprises urgently to lean the supply chain activity,raise supply chain efficiency and reduce costs,which makes enterprise gain core competitiveness.How to successfully implement lean improvement and build a lean improvement system approach for the sustainable development is an important content of enterprise management.Based on the theory of lean improvement,this paper combs and analyzes the system approach of implementing lean improvement in company B.By the lean goal,this paper focuses on the improvement direction,determines the improvement projects,implements lean improvement and improves the logistics and warehouse system from the company’s value stream vision,internal and external factors and current state,so as to provide ideas and references for relevant companies in implementing lean improvement,Help the company effectively implement lean improvement.Firstly,combined with the implementation of lean improvement in domestic and foreign,this paper introduces the lean improvement theory and the main methods and means.Secondly,taking company B as the research object,this paper presents the background for lean improvement and current situation,and combs the system approach in company B.Finally,through the system approach of lean improvement,focus on the topic of improvement,and reduce the materials delivery time by 50% and implement the levelling by setting up the pull system and reduce 25 seconds for packing station cycle time to improve the productivity by 30%in the B Suzhou company by the lean improvement implementation,cycle time analysis,fluctuation decoupling,value stream map and other main ways and means.
