Research On WBC Internal Logistics Design And Optimization,Based On Lean Production Theory

The finance crisis started from2008effected capital market and real economic.Now a days, auto parts industrial get into weak and difficult period.and cash flow pressure increased evidently.WBC is a muti-national joint venture company opend from1996, and started lean journey from2005. Lean production requires logistic system design and improve base on Toyota production principle, which covers schedule,goods receive,storage,transportation,packaging.Reduce wastes with lean principle to improve logistic process safty,quality,delivery and cost. Hereby, comes out "Lean Logistic"concept.The thesis will consolidate lean logistic theoretics and experiences from WBC lean implementation, analyzing current situation and problems, finding out method to achieve lean logistic in auto parts company. So it will provide both theoretical and actual benefit. It includes six parts:The first part introduces background of research,theoretical and realistic meaning. Demonstrates research content according international study situation,and new innovation point。Second part reviews the history of lean logistic and experial internal lean logidtic concept and related glossary.Third part consolidates WBC current situation and problem analysis.The fourth part expatiates how to build lean logistic system which includes stable takt time and PFEP parameter design.The fifth part introduces how create stable takt time in WBC.The sixth part introduces how to optimize PFEP parameter in WBC.The seventh part is result evaluation.At the end, summarize full text and acknowledge.
