Modern Operation Logistics is the orientation of enterprise's development. When China joined in the WTO, the internal enterprise took part in the competition in the global marketing. Internal enterprise got deeper understanding that Logistic is the"third profit resource". Continuous improvement about the internal logistics system and cost reduce are the strongest desire in internal enterprise in China currently.The author selected some current theories of internal and external Industry Engineering and Modern Operation Logistics, according to Lean Production method to research the in-plant logistic system. The author aimed for TTME Machining Plant's Logistic System. She used the PDCA cycle to work on their logistic system to find out the problem, analysis and provide the solution and check the result; she designed a new logistic system for TTME Company.TTME was a big Motor Engine Manufacture Company, was joined with Tianjin Motor Company and TOYOTA Japan. The annual output was 70 thousand Engines. This joint venture company was based on the old State Owned company, some management problems was coming out after the formal operation started, just like operation staffs was not in proportion to normal staffs, too much production error and over stock. The author worked on the logistic system in the machining plant, according to the PDCA cycle she analyzed and designed a new logistic system; reach the goal of saving the human resource, decreasing the defective product and parts muda.
