Today, with the rapid development of reform and opening up, with the improvement of economic strength of our country, as the impact of economic crisis, the corresponding also to many companies in our country has brought human resource management issues. Human resource is the first resource of the enterprise. With the development of human resource management in the enterprise management practice, how to strengthen the employee’s psychological motivation, stimulate the enthusiasm of staff to enhance the organizational performance has become the core issue of human resource management. Through the domestic and foreign advanced human resource management theory and the study of employee engagement, the work is challenging, there is a sense of achievement, can be recognized, can get a better career development opportunities and other factors to a greater extent determines whether the staff can be motivated and hard work. Research into the present situation and promotion of employee engagement has become the focus of attention of many companies and researchers.Like most of the small and medium enterprises, the company is also facing the enterprise competitive pressure, the development of the slow, the staff quit, the enthusiasm of the work is not high. The research objective of this paper is to find out the reasons for the low level of professionalism of the staff of the company through questionnaire survey and analysis of the status quo of employee engagement. The research of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the background and significance of the research, introduces the advanced methods and theories of employee engagement, and through some research data show that the impact of employee engagement on enterprise management development, and higher relevance.
