In recent years, China's tourism has achieved vigorous development, but also faced incentive competition. For red tourism showing red cultural relics mainly, its product value is mainly manifested for the service of employees provide to visitors, so the human resource is one of core competitiveness of red tourism. Although the field of human resource management study has gained great progress, the specific human resources management research of red tourism is rare.In view of the present situation, this paper exploringly analyzes and studies human resources management of red tourism from organizational performance based on the summary of scholars.Firstly, the paper designs initial investigation questionnaire, combining with the actual management and the developing situation of the red tourism based of research achievements of multitudinous scholar in theory and practice.Through the reliability and validity and item analysis of the Initial investigation questionnaire, after deleting individual study , the paper confirms the formal questionnaire.Through data analysis,the paper discoveres that red tourism human resource management mainly involves five factors:compensation performance, career development, training system, employee participation and working procedure. Secondly, the paper selects employee attitude and employee behavior as the intermediate variable to study the relationship of human resource management of red tourism scenic spots and organizational performance, and put forward some assumptions. Through the descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis method of survey data, it is concluded that human resources management of the red tourism by different factors affects employees behaviour and attitudes, which indirectly affects the organization performance of scenic spot.At the same time, the paper has made the detailed analysis under the influence of the different paths to verify before hypothesis.The findings shows that five factors of salary performance, career development, training system, employee participation and work practices are associated with red tourism human resource management exist significant positive correlation;but work procedures has not significantly affect relations with employee behavior and attitude;employee behavior and attitude exists significant influence to part of organizational performance factors.Based on the results of research, this paper puts forward the part of effective management measures about red tourism human resource management. Due to the time and funds for research, the paper only selects the relative representative red tourism scenic spot to invest, so has certain effect for its general and universality.in the end.it points out deficiency and the further research in the end of paper.
