The ages of the knowledge economy, how will commercial enterprises competing vigorous environment existence and create more value, have been deeply being commercial enterprise managers concern, governor in addition to more throwing in the angle of view to consume environment, product decoration and promote sales form outside, should even throw in the energy to the person's factor to analyze up, more organizations of the employee citizen behavior of performance, equally will bring more farsighted economic efficiency for economic enterprise.Based on the previous organizational citizenship behavior literature and empirical research, on the basis of commercial enterprise employee organizational citizenship behavior influencing factors further analysis, proposed business enterprise employees summarized the concept of organizational citizenship behavior for commercial enterprise task performance not achieving directly support, but can be by maintaining and improving business enterprise organization in the development of social and mental environment for task performance, promote behavior.The authors choose commercial enterprise employees as the research object, by questionnaire survey to collect data, with the help of SPSS software the questionnaire data analysis, as a result the employee organizes the factor of citizen's behavior for work satisfaction and organization commitment, organize fair feeling and lead support.This text at these substantial evidence research of foundation up, combine our country the actual circumstance of the commercial enterprise, carried on analysis to how the commercial enterprise promote the employee's organization citizen's impact factor, get commercial enterprise employee of organization citizen behavior of impact factor, aim at these factors and combine human resource management to put forward a counter plan, mainly include inviting of employee and select of the training and development of design, employee and leadership, investigate in the results and join in the salary system to organize citizen's behavior to investigate an index sign, establishment to effectively encourage incentive mechanism that the employee organizes citizen's behavior, construct suitable organization citizen's behavior of corporate culture etc..
