Employee Relation Management(ERM)is an active field of Human Resource Management. Choosing the first line employees and the middle management as research objects,through empirical analysis,this research finds 15 influencing factors of ERM,and provides a practical assessment tool for ERM.This study explores the influencing factors of ERM from the perspective of psychological management.Through literature analysis,the paper discusses the relevant concepts of ERM,the origin and evolution of ERM theory and the detailed contents and dimensions of Employee Relation Management.By referring to relevant contents in those theories,such as Organizational Commitment,Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Assistance Programs,using Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire as research tool,the paper sums up four categories of influencing factors:interpersonal relationship factors,communication factors,employee status factors and job-related factors.In the empirical analysis,using descriptive statistics analysis to get a general idea of the basic characteristics of the samples;through recurrent reliability analysis,the hypothetical 20 influencing factors with 71 items are refined into 19 influencing factors with 63 items.Through factor analysis,15 components are extracted,and then an ERM influencing-factor model is formed,with 15 components and 63 items.In addition,using correlation analysis,this paper explores the interplaying mechanisms of those influencing factors.Using independent-samples T test and one-way ANOVA analysis,the paper researches the influences of demographic variables on ERM.Finally the potential applications of the ERM influencing-factor model are discussed, indications and suggestions for enterprises and employees are provided.
