With the increase of the degree of aging in China, was born in population outbreak generation is getting old, the birth rate has declined, resulting in an older employees more and more, the younger people are less and less labor situation. Therefore, the enterprise must invest more energy to manage the young employees and the old staff.This study explores the effects of flexible management of human resources on employee performance, and the role of employee age in these relationships. The author selects the employee engagement as the intermediary variable, and the employee's age as the adjustment variable, the study of the role of the flexible management of human resources and job performance.Based on the theory of work adaptation and AMO theory, the use of flexible management of human resources and the use of flexible management of human resources is positively related to job performance. I assume that employees engagement in the flexible human resources management intermediary role on the impact of job performance, but not verified that flexible human resources management not through employee engagement and influence job performance. But the flexible management of human resources has a positive impact on employee engagement. The author assumes that the employee's age has moderating effect on the influence of the flexible management of human resources on the job performance, and the moderating effect of employee's age on the influence of the flexible management of human resources on employee engagement. Although the generation theory predicts, the younger generation will be involved in selection and optimization of flexible management of human resource has more strong reaction, but SOC models in aging compensation theory prediction and high age of employees on job performance performance more strongly. The author verifies the moderating effect of employee age on the flexible management of human resources and job performance, and the flexible management of human resources can improve the working performance of the employees with high age. But it does not verify the moderating effect of employee's age on the flexible management of human resources and employee engagement. For the age of employees, flexible management of human resources can not improve employee engagement. Need to use rigid management or corporate culture to enhance the young staff of the young staff of professional dedication.This study shows that human resource management flexibility has a positive effect on work performance, the validity of the flexible human resources management lies in the age of employees. Therefore, in the use of flexible management staff should consider the age.
