Fashion markets have some nature characteristics such as short life cycle, high volatility, low productivity and high impulse purchasing. These characteristics decide that the commercial success or failure in those markets is largely determined by the organization's flexibility and responsiveness. Based on such a background, Byler conducted agile supply chain management model. This model exposes some weaknesses of traditional purchasing management that cost oriented. In this paper, by the investigation of current purchasing management, the writer take advantage of agile supply chain method, present a series of optimized solution. These solutions include the optimization of purchasing organization, purchasing process, purchasing information management etc. And finally, the implement steps are also argued. The purposes of these solutions are to improve the responsiveness ability to market and production, to decrease the purchasing and productive cost, and to build the core competiveness.
