Research On Purchasing Management Optimization For OG Company Based On The Agile Supply Chain

With the deepening of economic globalization, rapidly changing market environment makes the time and the speed become the most important factors in today's manufacturing enterprises'competition. Enterprises can make full use of internal and external resources to further improve enterprise agility based on the agile supply chain. Purchase is an important link between manufacturers and their suppliers, which has a vital effect on the competitive advantages for the enterprises, even for the entire supply chain. Therefore, to build purchasing management based on the agile supply chain is significant for manufacturing enterprises.Internal organization business processes and external supplier relations are the most important parts of purchasing management, and high quality human resources are the promoters as well as the enforcers of the purchasing management optimization. Thus organization business process management, supplier relationship management and human resource management are three main aspects in the research. Long used traditional purchasing management model in OG Company has been a bottleneck hindering its development, so the purchasing management needs to optimize urgently. Therefore, firstly, management features of purchasing management based on the agile supply chain are analysed in this research; and then, on the basis of detailed investigation, the existing problems of purchasing management in OG Company are anatomized; finally, some specific and operable measures of purchasing management optimization are given based on the agile supply chain.The research is to improve the purchasing management of OG Company, and to make great contributions to the enterprise's competitiveness. Similarly, some helpful suggestions and information are provided for other manufacturing enterprises to improve their traditional purchasing management and adapt them to the modern agile manufacture. In addition, the agile supply chain theories will be promoted in practical application for enterprises management.
