Data Acquisition And Analyzing System Based On Virtual Instrument

The combination of computer technology and technology of test instruments results with the appearance of a new test instrument, virtual instruments (VI). Thanks to VI technology, the hardware and software resources can be shared,various automatic test system can be built rapidly, and signal analysis, data processing and graphicalized display can be carried out conveniently.In this paper, The data acquisition and analyzing system which based on the VI technology,can use to test and analysis the exaust gas of the cars. The system is composed of computer, PXI-6220 data acquisition card, ESC-CH01 signal conditioner and other components,Using this system we can easily acquire the Real-Time data, store data,signal analysis, data process and display. The accuracy and stability of the whole system has been proved satisfactory.Firstly, In this paper, it introduces the characteristic of the Virtual Instrument and the LabVIEW. Provide a design scheme of the test and analysis the exaust gas of the cars.Then introduce the realization of the data acquisition and analyzing system particularly.At last. Acquire the polynomial which present the ourput characteristic of the gas sensors,and put it in the practical use.
