With the development of computer technology, virtual instrumentation has become an experiment to improve the experimental efficiency and reduce the cost of an effective way of experiment. Virtual instrument with a high efficiency, easy to use, open, flexible, powerful, cost-effective advanced features, coupled with multi-media teaching can improve student learning enthusiasm, has made a very good experimental results. Computer development at the same time, automated testing technology also in the community as productive in various fields to develop rapidly. Automated testing with high efficiency, wide range of application, good results can be reused and so on. Automated testing can test automatically, and to test the output compared with the desired output, while monitoring and management of testing the implementation process. So that testers out in the high-risk, complex and cumbersome testing process and concentrate on the design of test cases, greatly improve the efficiency of testing.In this paper, development of software through LabVIEW and VC + + learning and parameter measurement of microwave systems and DH926AD Data Acquisition Instrument in-depth study, based on the combination of virtual instrument technology and automation testing technology to devise a measurement system based on microwave microwave signal acquisition and processing system.The system uses sensors ,the data acquisition device ,microwave measuring line and the ancillary equipment to build the hardware platform.On the hardware platform,vc++ program is adopted to complete the Program of the design instrument driver,then applying the labview software to complete the microwave signal data acquisition and processing.Finally measuring some parameters such as the wavelength on the virtual instrument platform , which acquire expected results.
