Archives IS09000 Standards-based Quality Management System To Build

Archives is the scientific and cultural institutions which custody the files of variousparty and national unity, which is an important organ to promote socialprogress, national prosperity and national harmony. Archives shoulder the importantmission to maintain the history of the Party and the country, society and economicdevelopment, strengthen the spiritual civilization, but there are still varying degrees ofproblems in the process and business management of archives. The issue on how toimprove the archives`current situation and the status of archives become debated in thearchival; however, how to resolve a substantive issue that archives faced is the key toarchives reform. ISO9000standard is refined by International Organization forStandardization summarized a number of countries and organizations, then it is formeda set of general applicability, scientific, advanced international standards.Thestandard was born in the industrial field, but its clients have been expanded from thebusiness to the political, cultural and all areas of infiltration in social life in thecontinuous development and improvement. Archives as security departmentsof scientific and cultural system, should adopt international advancedmanagement method with the times.For the above reasons, the author found that archives still not formed normativequality management files, and all work in the formation of a series of relevant standardsby research, surveys, site surveys and other methods. This paper seeking general law ofarchival work and compare with ISO9000standard,and then learn the successfulexperience of corporate archives and specialized archives in order to import ISO9000standards into archives quality management system. Adhering the principle"introduction, absorption, reference, development", to establish the quality managementsystem for their own development, it can improve the quality of archival work andimprove service satisfaction.
