Study The Archives Quality Management System Of SDEPCI

Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute (SDEPCI) was established in 1958. SDEPCI is the top level electric power survey& design enterprise with diversified development structure integrating the businesses of engineering consulting, survey, design, EPC contracting, supervision, planning, evaluation& technology industry. Enterprise archives management is a sub-item of enterprise management, providing necessary guarantee for the survival and development of the enterprise.It creates surplus values indirectly.After unceasing revising,ISO9000 family standards has a better scientfic nature,extensibility and suitability.Because of its rich connotation, ISO9000 standards can also be used in the archives field. Based on the view of overall quality control, we ought to bring the archives management within the system of the quality control.The purpose for introducting the ISO9000 standards to the archives is using its advanced quality idea to rich and perfect archives quality management theory,then promoting the archives quality.This paper tries to introduce ISO9000 standards to archives management by following the internal rules of archives management and applying the advances theories,principles and methods, to learn from the total quality management thoughts,ISO9000 standards,business process reengineering theories,to set up the higher archives quality management system by applying these advanced theories,techniques and methods of quality management, to make the archives quality management system have a solid theorietical foundation.This paper is based on the project of SDEPCI carrying out the ISO9000 standard in 2002. First, the ISO9000 standard is made a careful research in the thesis. Secondly, large researches of the ISO9000 standard which exist in the operation have been carried out.The paper,by means of analyzing the existing archives quality management of SDEPCI,points out the main problems.It also attempts to establish a archives quality management system based on the ISO9000 standards.Method of procession is one of the ISO9000 standard and eight quality management fundamentals. Refer to the ISO15489 international files standards, management in the method of procession makes adminester more efficient more. That introducing the mode of procession adminster into the archives in project design will widen the mangement principle in archives and improve the quality of archives in project design.Thus we can consummate and regulate the archives procedure to enhance the level of the archives standardizing management.
