Today, Frequent,multiple, re-issued natural disasters in the world, the green, low-carbon life has become a topic of concern in today's society, calls for green is very important. Although the relay has been a century of history of application, but it has revealed many problems in practice. frequent failures of relay control system caused because poor contact in A Steel Plant, seriously affecting production.According to the above, a project of energy saving been proposed that is using Siemens ET200 instead of relay control system in the existing control system. ET200 connect to master station via PROFIBUS. S7-400 comuniicate with SIMATIC TDC and WinCC via Ethernet. This paper describe status of control system and the related technologies: PLC S7-400,STEP7 programming, SIMATIC TDC and SIMATIC WinCC. Secondly, forward the overall design of the rehabilitation programs, gives the design of the S7-400 remote station hardware and software, and realize functional by program. It developed status display of device, alarm information, trends at WinCC environment. Finally, the system functions were tested, in line with expectations. In addition to the work are summarized, and made the next step to be in-depth research.
