With the development of large data centers and the the 4G network,the cellular network base station's energy consumption has reached more than 50%. However, due to the power of the radio base station is designed according to the peak capacity and the lack of effective energy saving measures of the base station, so that in the current cellular network there is lots of energy waste. At the same time, the renewable energy in the environment of a large number of outdoor base stations has not been effectively utilized. So the use of renewable energy and energy saving strategy can reduce the energy consumption of the base station and realize the green cellular network. And this also has a very broad market prospects.Energy saving measures are based on the reasonable model of energy consumption. However, the current base station energy consumption model ignores the energy storage module, the relationship between the energy storage efficiency.and the charge-discharge time. In addition, the existing base station energy saving strategy also ignores the guarantee of user service quality. And there is also lack of energy saving mechanism for hybrid energy. So it is very important to put forward the energy scheduling strategy of wireless access network without affecting the quality of communication.According to the above analysis, this paper firstly proposes a comprehensive energy consumption model of communication base station based on energy storage monitoring. The mathematical model of energy storage monitoring system and base station energy consumption is analyzed. Then from the current network data, through the energy consumption analysis system to collect the large amount of data, to explore the relationship between charge and discharge time and power grid energy storage efficiency. Finally, based on the energy consumption model, the optimal discharge depth of energy storage module and the optimization scheme of reducing energy consumption of power grid are proposed.Based on the comprehensive energy consumption model of the communication base station, the dynamic multi energy efficient scheduling strategy is proposed in this paper. This strategy can achieve the goal of maximizing the energy consumption in the case of the coexistence of renewable energy and power grid. The first optimization goal of municipal power minimization is modeled after the optimization model is proposed based on the topology of geographic base station coordination strategy,including base station energy supply strategy, prediction mechanism and base station communication base station traffic K- neighbor algorithm based on sleep strategy.In this paper, a comprehensive energy consumption model of communication base station and a dynamic multi energy efficient scheduling strategy are proposed. In the premise of meeting the base station coverage and user service quality, it can make the communication base station energy saving nearly 25%, and has a high use value and economic value.
