The global economy has turned to digital economy from the traditional routine, with the rise of Internet, which has rapid developed in business activities and has made the vigorous grown up of the e-commerce, since the middle of 1990s. The bank combined the Internet with Web application of technology, then introduced the network service of bank, and gradually changed from the physical one to virtual network one. The traditional mode of the operation of the bank is changed by Internet bank, in many ways, for example the old one generally operates the credit currency, which is only for banking transactions. The Internet bank is performance double channel through parallel for financial transaction and information interchange which the former is the foundation and the latter is derived from the former. Therefore, the network bank system usually has two functions on the one hand is payment and clear,on the other hand is information multiplication services. The network bank not only greatly improves the credit currency operation in addition to make the medium and conductors of the capital and money circulation, but also plays a role of the collection of social economic information, processing and service center, provides better financial services for their customers and the new profit for the bank. According to the characteristic of the bank,this paper puts forward a pattern of MVC for the network bank customer service system, which is for proving the theory of the system model and make a plan from the perspective of the design ,which promotes the development of digital information of the bank.This paper studies the application of the principal theory and the key technology, consist of Jsp, the framework of Struts, accessing the database technology and object-oriented technology. Then by means of a relatively comprehensive of analysis and requirement, the system mainly consisted of data center, account transactions, user management, which analyze the objective demand of each module and working process, determine the design principle, development environment, research methods of that. At last, it discusses the design and implementation of the network bank in detail , gives the principle of testing for further development.
