Now among the financial services market is growing rapidly, the domestic financial market competition more fierce. How can we further excavation in the bank customers appear among potential staff, improve customer service quality of the bank to meet customer needs is an important issue now commercial banks need to be resolved. This article in Societe Generale Bank, for example, through computer technology to integrate customer information system and analyzed, looking for ways to meet customer needs corporate banking financial services, financial services so that Industrial Bank to obtain better development.Firstly, for management status and problems of online corporate banking customer resources, analyzes the system’s user requirements proposed system business requirements, and existing business has been optimized on the basis, the establishment of a system using UML functional data model, online corporate banking customer service system includes six modules, which are set up business systems management, account inquiries, corporate finance room, finance and investment, service and customer service group. Then the software engineering design principles, the overall system architecture, functional architecture and network topology design, the use of class diagrams and sequence diagrams of object-oriented design methods for each system function modules and methods and properties of each class a detailed description of the database design conceptual model and logical structure model of the system. The system uses ASP.NET technology to build server platform in Visual Studio 2012 development platform, development language is C #,with front page display JSP dynamic web technology, data stored in SQL SERVER2012 database system between the foreground and background by ADO.NET technology for data transfer between. Management system to achieve the onlinecorporate banking customer information, customer acceptance of services, review,feedback, and enhance the Industrial Bank of enterprise customer service of humanity;banking services for enterprises provide the necessary data to support.In this article being developed by the online corporate banking customer service,not only can effectively manage corporate banking customers, but also a better management of the accounting treatment of corporate banking, according to customer demand for services related to finance and investment.
