With the rapid development of computer technology and the era of big data, it required more and more on the information sharing and the purity of unified, comprehensive and accurate customer information. Each system within the banking system was independent of each other and it was not unified in protocol standard. Then it formed the "information island". This situation made it hard for banks in the sharing of information between systems, software reusability and interaction between systems. It affected the development of bank services. In order to adapt to the new trend of the times and better support the banking business expansion, it uses SOA-ESB manner as the bridge between sub systems and bank services in this thesis. As the bank CRM system, it involves the bank customer information’s interactions between multiple bank sub systems, including the interactions during core system, credit system, mobile banking service, loan system and private CRM system and so on. Interface implementation within multiple complex platforms caused large difficulties for the existing bank CRM system. And it is not conducive to accessing and expanding the new system.This thesis uses the open source ESB ServiceMix architecture, take advantage of the characteristics of JBI hot plug-in and the development method of service component, update and unload services dynamically. It improves the reusability and extensibility of system codes, increase the bank’s operating cycle and reduce operating costs. It can provide better support for users of bank CRM system service and lay the foundation for the better development of the bank’s business.First, this thesis briefly introduces the research background and current situation of bank CRM system, analyzes the technical platform and business development experience of bank CRM system, put forward to bank CRM system architecture based on ESB. Then, along the SOA-ESB-ServiceMix route, it elaborates the main technology and the architecture of ESB, compares within the ESB product and selects ServiceMix as the basic framework of the system according to business needs.
