With the development of the national economy,people's consumption psychology has also changed and became more and more mature.Therefore,in order to better enhance its own competitiveness and take more occupation of market resources,each company must be able to analyze the information of customers.During the fast growing technology era,Kunming Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd has realized that the traditional business hall window service model is no longer applicable for today's customer service,either in terms of the quality of customer service or the efficiency of customer service.Instead,in order to achieve better customer service and seize the customers' heart,it must use the information management platform to assist management.Driven by this,the design and development of Customer Service System for Kunming Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd has been on the agenda of Kunming Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd.It adopts object-oriented methods,using B/S architecture,so the business logic is distributed to the server and thus reduces the workload of the client end.Also,the system uses MVC design pattern to obtain good maintenance.As for development,the system uses SSH framework and Java language to ensure the robustness of the code so that the system has a good reliability.Moreover,the system uses SQL Server 2014 as the backend relational database for storing business data,making sure of the security of the system backend data.In the Customer Service System for Kunming Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd,it has implemented six basic functions,i.e.business acceptance function,registration form management function,order management function,fax message management function,active service function and system management function,etc.In the business acceptance function,it mainly achieves complaints management,fault reporting management,pre-acceptance management,consultation management,advice management and accusation management,etc.Registration form management function has registration form check function,consultant form management,schedule management,schedule of un-handling management,schedule of completing management,schedule of completed management,visit management,audit management,registration form monitoring management,fault diagnosis and fault handle management,etc.In the fax message function,it mainly achieves fax query function,fax handle function,fax send function,fax sending logs query function,message query function and message handle function,etc.The development and use of this system will enhance the management quality of Kunming Radio and Television Network Co.,Ltd,strengthen the communication between the company and customers and ensure the good running of the company.
