At Present, textile production management system has poor performance in reconfiguration. In this subject a reconfigurable textile production management system is initiated, including production management module, information management module, report management module and database system. The system achieves good reconfigurable performance, while meeting the functional requirements of production management. It facilitates system operation, maintenance, upgrades and secondary development, and as a product, it could be applied rapidly in textile industry.The research on reconfiguration of textile production management is introduced. According to the requirements of both enterprise business and system reconfiguration, a reconfigurable design of textile production management system is initiated, including three reconfigurable design models, corresponding to production management, information management and report management.The core of reconfigurable production management module is node modularization, order abstraction and business registration, in which business process and order can be reconfigured flexibly through parameter configuration and module reuse. Information management module uses abstract information management model, in which, CRUD template takes information as an abstract object, achieving loose coupling between operations and concrete information, providing reconfiguration through module reuse. Report management module uses abstract report management model, in which, report template takes report target and report period as abstract objects, achieving loose coupling between report generating and report content, providing reconfiguration through module reuse.Based on the reconfigurable design model, the functional frameworks and data structures of the system modules are detailed, as well as solutions to key technical problems. System application includes system configuration, system deployment and information importing, according to specific business requirements, and the performance of reconfiguration is analyzed. At last, the main features of the proposed system are summarized, and the development trend is prospected.
