Transformation And Implementation On Chemical Wastewater Treatment Control System

With the rapid development of the industrialization, more and more harmful material or wastewater are discharged by chemical plant or refinery each year. These harmful gases are composed of complicated compositions, which are not easily disposed thoroughly such that they may bring about ecological environment pollution, and serious harm to the surrounding people's health.This project takes the wastewater treatment control system of Luoyang chemical plant as engineering object. In the wastewater treatment system, there are not the control circuits, and the communication to other control systems. Thus, the requirements on the production and management can't be satisfied. In order to achieve the purpose of integrative management, such as resources integration, production optimization, ensuring safety and promoting the management, it is necessary to reform the wastewater treatment system. This thesis mainly includes:(1) The design on the whole system, including hardware design, software design and network design. Among them, hardware design consists of hardware requirements and hardware selection, which are the basic conditions of system operation. In the software design, we will analyze the requirements of PLC and introduce the STEP7 programming software. Finally, the network design will be made such that forms a small communication network and communicates with the company network.(2) The research on the configuration software, including introducing the function and configuration process. In the end, the realization of on-line monitoring function of software is analyzed.(3) The detailed commissioning on the system, including factory acceptance testand site acceptance test.
