Cemented carbide is widely used in fields of national economy, such as mechanism,automobile,electron, etc. The vacuum sintering furnace is the key equipment in cemented carbide production. Its sintering temperature must strictly obey the temperature control curve of the production technology of the processed products. Because of the dynamic feature of the vacuum sintering furnace has nonlinear,time-variables characteristics, such as the pure delay time has a wide range of nonlinear changes with the furnace temperature, the unequal weight of the sintering products result in a wide range thermal inertia, etc. Therefore, the problem of the sintering furnace's temperature control is the key problem in cemented carbide agglutination process.In view of the problem that the sole PID control method can not solve the temperature control of the vacuum sintering furnace efficiently in traditional manufacturing methods, the paper proposed a intelligent control method based on fuzzy PID. This method uses a lot of intelligent algorithm such as fuzziness of inputs,fuzzy reasoning,fuzzy decision,difuzzification certainty of outputs, etc. This method can optimize,estimate and adjustment the three parameters of the PID controller to enables the control effect to achieve the predetermined target and to meet the demand of the production. Simultaneously, the thesis dissertates emphatically the application of OPC technology in sintering furnace temperature control system. The OPC technology breakthrough in the condition that the driver dependence of the procedure production and the hardware and the software of the equipment in traditional sense. So long as the both sides have the interfaces that can meet the OPC criterion, the two sides can realize a instant and accurate communication through programming. The paper adopts the synchronous communication mode to realize the communication between WinCC and the application of upper machine. We can acquire the related data information quickly and precisely in sintering process based on OPC technology, and we can also optimize the production process and realize the remote monitoring based on this technology.The practice indicated that the temperature control method based on the methods above can satisfy the technique of production request effectively. The agglutination performance of vacuum sintering furnace improves obviously, this temperature control system is feasible and effective.
