Electric heating sintering furnace temperature control system in modern industrialproduction process control is a very common and very important control system. Thisthesis is electrically heated powder metallurgy sintering furnace temperature controlsystem. Sintering is the key step of powder metallurgy in the production process, andplays a decisive role in the final products.The main process parameters affect the qualityof the products during the sintering process is sintering temperature and time, especiallythe higher requirements to the temperature control, it is requirements temperature controlstability without overshoot and meet certain accuracy.Overheating will cause the slabmelting and even damage sintering furnace, low temperature will make the productstrength fail to meet requirements. In resent years, the demanding to Sintering furnace isincreasing. Therefore, the use of advanced control strategies and control approach forcomplex industrial process temperature control, can not only improve the quality of theproduct, but also improve the efficiency of the product.The main contents of this paper is to achieve sintering furnace temperature controlsystem hardware and software solutions for the design and control algorithms. In thispaper the design of more advanced hardware solutions while fuzzy control and PIDcontrol are combined, with the sintering temperature of the reactor is controlled toimprove the precision of temperature control, to improve product quality or yield.Control program is based microcontroller core controller, the controller of the SCR-offcontrol to achieve the sintering furnace heating body control, and ultimately sinteringfurnace temperature control. In terms of control algorithms for nonlinear electric heatingsintering furnace, uncertainty, large hysteretic characteristics, a fuzzy PID controlalgorithm.And the use of the Matlab module PID fuzzy PID control algorithm withconventional control algorithm for the simulation comparison.
