Vacuum annealing is one of the important processes of vacuum heat treatment.Vacuum annealing furnace is the most commonly used equipment for vacuum annealing.Temperature control is the most critical technology of the vacuum annealing furnace heating process,The accuracy of temperature control directly affects the quality of the workpiece quality.Therefore,based on the existing temperature control method of vacuum annealing furnace,it is of great significance to study the new and advanced temperature control strategy to improve the quality of the workpiece.Vacuum annealing furnace temperature control process is complex and changeable,often appears hysteresis,strong interference,strong coupling,nonlinear and so on,which increases the difficulty of temperature control.In this paper,the vertical vacuum annealing furnace is used as the research object.Analyzing the structure,crafting process and main the main process parameters during the heating process of the vacuum annealing furnace.Studying the heat conduction mode and temperature control mathematical model of the vacuum annealing furnace.Aiming at the characteristics of temperature control of vacuum annealing furnace,a multi-temperature decoupling temperature control strategy based on fuzzy neural network PID control is designed.The temperature control strategy is to design the single-temperature zone fuzzy neural network PID controller to complete the on-line tuning of the PID parameters of the vacuum annealing furnace,and then use the pre-feedback decoupling method to achieve the annealing furnace multi-temperature zone decoupling control,and ultimately to realize the temperature control of the annealing zone.According to control requirements,The system uses industrial computer,PLC,power regulator,thermocouple and so on to constitute the vacuum annealing furnace heating system,combined with the multi-temperature zone temperature control strategy in the host computer software to achieve the annealing furnace temperature control.This system uses Visual Studio 2013 as the development environment,C# as the main development language designing the vacuum annealing furnace monitoring system to realize real-time display of system conditions and dynamic data,historical data query,historical curve display,fault alarm and other functions.The actual operation results of the vacuum annealing furnace show that the system has stable operation,fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability,which can meet allthe requirements of the vacuum annealing furnace.The systemrealizes the precise control of the temperature and temperature uniformity of the annealing zone,To improve product quality and it is of great significance to improve product quality,reduce energy consumption.
