Estate Development Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Information System Analysis And Design

Economic society develops depth, the Competition in Market fierce more and more, trade barriers and trade disputes endless, which make enterprises to face more threats and opportunities on the road of development. In the information society of today, enterprises need more information to guide the direction of its development, to avoid threats and seize the opportunities. The emergence of enterprise competitive intelligence system is the true portrayal of the urgent need for business sensitive information. Some drawbacks exist in recent enterprise competitive intelligence system, and cannot meet the development of enterprise. And at the same time,as the frist part of real estate,the real estate development can play an important place with competitive intelligence.Firstly this paper presents and discusses on concepts, development status, function and structure of competitive intelligence and competitive intelligence system. Then, the paper analysis traditional competitive intelligence system shows the weaknesses and shortcomings to lay the groundwork for this study. Finally, to overcome the shortcomings of traditional systems, and my work in property, the paper proposes the structure of Estate Development Enterprise Competitive Intelligence System and gives more detail.The works of the main arguments in this paper are as follows:1,Proposes a Model of Estate Development Competitive Intelligence System.Combined the Estate Development, Competitive Intelligence and Computer Technology with each other, competitive intelligence supporting Estate Development, and through the form of computer system to be implemented to improve the efficiency of Estate Development, make Estate Development more scientific.2,Analysis the need of the Estate Development Competitive Intelligence System.Use the form of flow charts to make Estate development clearly. Combined with existing work practice, work on the computerization of estate development and put forward new demands, and analyzed. 3,Do the logical and physical design and database design of Estate Development Competitive Intelligence System.Combination of Estate Development business needs analysis, follow-up of the system's logical design, physical design and database design. From different views to show the system architecture and model, making the real estate development, competitive intelligence work and into the content and use of software engineering design tools will be demonstrated this idea.
