The essay is divided into four chapters. Chapter one deals with the definitions of the advertising concept of the real estate, and evaluates and analyses the spread form of advertisement of the real estate. Chapter two analyses the characteristic of network advertisement of the real estate and current situation of the development. Chapter three analyses the development trend of network advertisement of the real estate, has pointed out the four respects existing in network advertisement of real estate in our country at present: first, the ad owners do not pay enough attention and capital to the network advertisement of real estate; second, various kinds of weak points of network advertisement are to some extent obvious in the advertisement of real estate; third, the advertisement of propagating corporate image of the real estate is deficient ; fourth , a lot of real estate network advertisements lack the innovation because of not fully utilizing the characteristic of the network.. Chapter four has proposed the advertising development tactics of network of real estate of the present stage in our country, on the basis of analyzing the current situation, trend, issues to network advertisement of the real estate in an all-round way, using the dissemination theory and taking into account the characteristic of market economy in our country: first, real estate enterprises should make the network marketing promotion scheme; Second, the network advertisement of the real estate should fully utilize the new technology of computer and network; third, the propaganda of the strong corporate image of the real estate should be made ; fourth, the network advertisement of the real estate should be perfected and further develop intermediary's business.
