Due to the rapid development of internet technology, it has been a dramatic growth in the number of netizens over the recent years. Meanwhile, various kinds of information media come into being because of the development of internet technology. With its characteristic features, internet itself turns out to be widely-open and more convenient interactive. As a result, opinions on internet are easy to collect and spread. All this makes great changes to the ways of information dissemination and is influencing man's life.Internet public opinions emerge because of the appearance of new media. It refers to a kind of public opinion held by the majority of who express their own views on the specific public crisis through several kinds of internet media. Fast dissemination and difficulties of auditing and checking put internet public opinion crisis control to trouble. It is an urgent problem to guarantee netizens'right to know and right to speak freely while the information is disseminated accurately and objectively.This essay includes four parts. Part One clarifies research background and meanings of the topic, as well as domestic research findings and the problems existing; Part Two tries to explain the relevant theories and modes of Communications and Crisis Management, which sets the scene for case analysis theoretically; Part Three is to fully analyze WuKan Event in Shanweilufeng City, Guangdong province according the the theories discussed in Part Two, and summarize the generative mechanism of internet public opinions by analyzing each relating factors; Part Four is to give policy proposals to solve the problems existing in Management of public opinion crisis in China.
