In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,people's production and lifestyle have changed greatly compared to the past,and the public has new expectations for public management departments to play social management functions better.For the tax department,more and more people beginning to realize the importance of taxation.More and more attention has been paid to the taxation field,which is closely related to everyone's vital interests.New requirements have been put forward to promote social equity.The rise of network technology has led to changes in the way information is disseminated.The public has more and more channels to obtain information.At the same time,the public has also changed from a passive receiver of information to an active communicator of information.The new media platform provides the public with a new path for information exchange,and also enables the public to express emotions and express opinions more freely and conveniently.With the enhancement of the awareness of civil rights and the rule of law,more citizens express their views through media platforms,communicate their wishes to the public administration,and participate in social governance in depth.How to deal with public opinion on the Internet has challenged the management wisdom of the public administration.For the tax department,proper handling of tax-related public opinion will not only help maintain a good image of the tax department,but also help create a harmonious tax collection environment.With the increasing attention and sensitivity of the public to taxation,how to cope with tax-related public opinion in the context of the new media era has become an important issue for the tax department to address.Based on public crisis management theory,new public service theory,and communication-related theories,this paper summarizes the main categories of tax-related public opinion in the new media era and the key points to deal with by analyzing the impact of new media communication methods on tax-related public opinion.By analyzing the tax-related public opinion cases,it summarizes the currentdeficiencies and successful experiences of the tax department in the public opinion response work,and studies several ways to strengthen the tax-related public opinion in the new media era.Finally,based on the research results,and strengthen the construction of the tax-related public opinion response team before construction,do a good job of public opinion response mechanism construction after the event,summarize the public opinion response work after the event and improve the management loopholes exposed by the public opinion,and daily strengthen Guidance and other aspects have put forward the opinions and suggestions of the tax department to do a good job of tax-related public opinion management.
