More and moreenterprises adopt alliance-building approach to address the changing environment in thefierce market competition. Obviously, this strategic alliance competition, increasinglybecome the mainstream of the market. Thus, studying and analyzing the operation ofthis Union, to find out ways and means to enhance supply chain alliance competitiveadvantages, is very necessary and significant.Specifically, this article firstly analyzed the mechanism of competitive intelligence for the Supply Chain Alliance. Through introducing the idea of corporate lifecycle theory, this article explored and analyzed the process of supply chain alliance, dividing the whole process into four pieces, namely the strategic planning period of the formation, partner chose, operation and reconstruction. Then, this articlespecifically analyzed the mechanism of competitive intelligence for those stages. On this basis, concluding competitive intelligence mechanism of action diagram for theSupply Chain Alliance, the author specifically analyzed the competitive intelligencetactics for supply chain alliance. In addition, introducing the Suzhou Bosch supplier alliance case, this article specifically analyzed the specific strategies of competitive intelligence in the various life cycle stages of the Suzhou Bosch Supply Chain Alliance,thus increasing operability and reliability for the view. |
