Competitive Intelligence is a tool that is a way of thinking. Competitive intelligenceas a tool does not necessarily apply to all business activities, but as a way of thinking, youcan learn from and apply to more strategic decision making activities, to help companiesbuild competitive advantage. The application of value chain analysis for macro-strategicobjectives of enterprises. To enhance the value of third-party logistics enterprises as awhole for the purpose of the relationship between the systematic analysis of internal andexternal activities, in order to tap the competitive advantage of enterprise resource.Competitive intelligence perspective, through third-party logistics of the industry and theenvironmental value chain analysis, in what industry position clear that the enterprisevalue chain; enterprise value chain analysis to understand their competitive advantage tobuild the source; through value chain analysis of competitors to understand theircompetitive environment; through the analysis of the business environment and theopponent’s analysis of third-party logistics source of corporate competitiveness strategy.Direction of the corporate strategic decision-making is beginning to recover with thetransfer of profits focus change.
