| At present,the operation mechanism of supply chain finance in China is mainly dominated by commercial banks,and core enterprises,e-commerce platforms,P2 P platforms,supply chain service companies,etc.are also emerging.However,there are few supply chain finance enterprises dominated by third-party logistics enterprises,that is,logistics providers dominate supply chain finance,and logistics distribution companies become the collectors,analysts,and integrators of the flow information in the whole supply chain,acting as core enterprises to achieve financing.China has a huge logistics distribution industry market.The logistics distribution industry has achieved rapid development,and a number of large-scale logistics distribution companies have been born.These companies have begun to provide simple logistics distribution business to provide comprehensive supply chain management business,accumulating a large amount of industrial information,and laying the foundation for the operation of supply chain finance.Logistics companies are increasingly playing a key role in the supply chain financial services.Logistics companies have their own unique advantages in developing supply chain financial services by using various advantages such as collaboration with downstream companies,obtaining capital flow information from shippers,and managing cargo rights.As logistics enterprises have a large number of industrial resources,especially supply chain resources,supply chain financial services dominated by third-party logistics companies have natural advantages.Based on this,this paper selects Caihui Chain Technology(Shenzhen)Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Caihui Chain),a supply chain finance enterprise dominated by logistics providers,as the research object.Caihui Chain is a supply chain finance technology company under the large logistics company Shunfeng Holding.From the perspective of enterprise competitive strategy management,this paper studies and analyzes the competitive strategy of combining blockchain technology with traditional supply chain finance.This paper analyzes how Caihui Chain can effectively integrate and manage logistics,information flow,capital flow and business flow by taking advantage of Shunfeng’s traditional advantages in logistics,finance and business.Using the basic concepts of blockchain and supply chain finance and the theory of enterprise competition strategy,we deeply analyze the problems and shortcomings of Caihui Chain,and propose the enterprise differentiation competition strategy.Implement differentiated competition strategies in five dimensions: value chain differentiation,technology differentiation,business differentiation,cost control differentiation and risk control differentiation.Focus on the research of Caihui Chain,which uses blockchain technology,especially distributed chain bookkeeping,data tamper proof,transaction traceability and other characteristics,to achieve the supply chain financing goal by means of "abundant orders",and build a convenient,reliable and efficient supply chain finance.The research found that the supply chain finance of Caihui Chain based on blockchain technology reduces the financing cost of SMEs,reduces the production cost of enterprises,improves the utilization rate of funds,and effectively realizes "transforming data into value".Become a more efficient and inclusive competitive advantage.It provides ideas and references for supply chain finance companies and industries dominated by logistics providers. |
