With the rapid development of information technology, more and more enterprises deploy information management platforms. The platforms are aimed to improve management efficiency and to reduce administrative costs. At the same time, daily management is developing to automation and paperless direction.The workflow system is one of the best options for enterprise-management platform. The concept of workflow originated in the field of office automation and organization of production. The workflow system can work with the well-defined tasks and roles and perform the tasks. According to certain rules and procedures, the workflow system can improve management efficiency and reduce management costs.This paper focuses on a workflow system. The system is developed for a financial enterprise and has significantly improved the internal management of the enterprise. To realize the system, Struts2, Spring, Hibernate and the J Boss jBPM are combined and used. These technologies achieve business management process definition, deployment, execution, scheduling and monitoring functions.Meanwhile, in order to support the process of reimbursement and benefit-payment, the system includes an Internet financial payment module. This module sends and receives financial message through the Internet.Therefore, this paper also provides an online-whole-process technology solution of reimbursement and benefit-payment.This paper, first of all, introduces the background of the project; second, introduces the technologies involved in the system; then analizes the system needs; then expoundes the design and implementation of the system; finally, gives the summary and outlook of the system.
