Design And Implementation Of The OA Software In The Political And Legal Filed

The rapid development of computer technology is changing the way we live andwork.in the information era, we need access to information faster, more effective use ofinformation and work more efficiently. Inefficient compared to the traditional workpatterns due to the need to spend a lot of time and effort on the organization andcoordination, and office automation to maximize the automation of the office staff ofintellectual labor, electronic and specialized greatly improve work efficiency and qualityof work. The paper is under the circumstances that in Voice of Political and legal systemwhere there are strong interactions among departments, work together closely andcomplicated workflows, we designed and developed a set of Office Automation systemwhich based on the architect of B/S and workflow technical.The B/S architect can greatly satisfying the requirements of informationcommunication and resource sharing. The main application of this system based on PHPand J2EE development, it provides component-based, server-centric multi-tierapplication architecture. The system can be divided into the foreground applicationsubsystems and back office management subsystem foreground application subsystemin accordance with the allocation of functions, including the personal office, recordsmanagement，document management，public affairs management and human resourcemanagement modules, background management subsystem includes organizationalmanagement, rights management, systems management (including workflowmanagement) module. In particular, the papers reflect the main tasks in the followingareas:1. In depth study of the related technologies, and take the B/S three-tier architecture asour office automation framework.2. Analysis of the system requirements and design objectives, introduce the systemdesign and implementation process in detail, and complete the main modules of thesystem implementation and its database design, then give some of the programcodes.3. Document process is the core of the OA system, in order to meet the needs of different users, we designed a flexible user-defined working flow which can dealwith the free and solid working flows.4. Proper configure the software and hardware platform, adopt user authentication,access control, restricted permission to achieve the security of the system.The system uses state-of-the-art hardware systems and network architecture, to builda relatively complete system uses software and technology theory, able to successfullyimplement the system design, development and end-use.
