Public Emergency Disposal Of Network -Aperspective Of Studying Network Administration In Our State

As the network media influences people's lives constantly, the internet has gradually been a convenient platform for people to express their opinion and takes part in the economical and political life. Public opinions in the internet which reveal problems that can't be ignored provide a new channel to adopt public idea and draw public wisdom. Especially emergencies bring more visible challenges to the government. Although the government and main media play a leading part to guide public opinions, the weak is shown when they face the diversification of social expression. Based on the problems referred above, scholars of distinctive academic background do research on it for different directions.Why do the media pay high attention to any seemingly general public opinions in a short time? I use the case study method to consider the phenomenon in academic perspectives including the interaction of network media and traditional media, that of network media and government, and that of network media and public. Varied research methods, such as content analysis and comparative study, are used to analyze the sudden crisis's public opinions on the recent public events in our country. In the process the concept "Network Administration" is proposed. I attempt to probe the interaction of network opinions and reality through the analysis of concrete happening. The research is to reveal the operating mechanism of our country network opinions for the purpose that the government improves the ability of network administration to deal with it better. I hope the research has meaning to the practice.
